Pablo and Kayce Ugas

Pablo and Kayce own Bespoke Design and Build. He started as a software engineer, building systems most people never saw. She spent years in the salon world, studying tone, color, and how small shifts change the way a space feels. They moved to Coeur d’Alene in 2020, married eleven years, raising three kids, and building a company around the same idea: a house should feel like the people living in it.
